Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Kdgdggjhd, operated by Hongkong Goplay Technology Co., Limited. This Purchasing Agreement explains the terms applicable to purchases through our online store, including order acceptance, payment, product information, fulfillment, and delivery.

3. Order Submission, Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not, by itself, confirm acceptance or shipment.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation.

Before acceptance, Kdgdggjhd may decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:

  • Unavailable inventory or stock discrepancies.

Please review the following before purchasing:

  • Color & Appearance: Screen settings, photography lighting, and normal manufacturing variations may affect the appearance of colors, textures, and patterns.
  • Measurements: Dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Please check the listed cushion cover measurements against your intended cushion insert.
  • Pattern Placement: The positioning of printed or woven patterns may vary between individual covers because of fabric cutting and production.
  • Package Contents: Refer to the product listing for the number of covers included. Cushion inserts are included only when expressly stated.
  • Materials & Intended Use: Review each listing for fabric composition and intended use. Outdoor suitability, water resistance, and other special features apply only where explicitly stated.
  • Care Instructions: Follow the product-specific washing, drying, and care instructions provided on the listing or product label.

Normal variations do not excuse a material difference from the product description. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact our support team. We will handle the issue under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

5. Pricing & Catalog Errors

Prices, promotions, descriptions, and availability information may occasionally contain errors.

If a material error affects your order, Kdgdggjhd will explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer you the choice to proceed with corrected information or cancel the affected purchase for a refund.

We will not charge an increased price for an existing order without your agreement.

We may correct inaccurate listings when errors are identified. Corrections or cancellations affecting existing orders remain subject to applicable law.

6. Inventory & Delivery Estimates

Inventory information and delivery estimates are based on the information available when displayed.

  • Order Processing: Orders generally require 1–3 business days for preparation before dispatch.
  • Estimated Transit Time: Standard international shipping generally takes 10–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Typically 11–23 business days, including processing and transit.
  • Potential Delays: Customs inspections, carrier backlogs, severe weather, public holidays, and transport disruptions may extend delivery times.
  • Unavailable Products: If an ordered item becomes unavailable before shipment, we will contact you about available options, including a refund for the affected item.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not limit remedies available under applicable law.

Customs inspections or unpaid import charges may delay delivery.

9. Governing Law & Company Information

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, this Purchasing Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This choice of law does not deprive customers of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to their purchase.
